    I went to the reject shop - Cooleman Court - on Thursday and Friday of this week to buy a few nick-knacks and was served by a very pleasant young lady - Emily. In fact all the staff in this shop had happy, welcoming smiles on their faces. What a change to so many other Canberra service industry organisations where the staff serve you when they can be bothered.
